We are based in Portland Oregon, however we have our Clogz produced and shipped from China. 

We DO NOT accept returns or provide refunds, as these Clogz are Custom made to order. However, if there is a production flaw or shipping mistake, we often can have a replacement pair made and shipped to you free of charge.

We strive to have our orders produced and shipped as fast as possible.
